GBBF is a satellite church of Garland (TX) First Baptist. We are a Bible-teaching church that teaches directly from the Bible.
We welcome all to worship with us.
GBBF is a multigenerational church. Our legacy began in October 2024 as a house church. We come together each week for worship, community, and uncompromising Biblical teaching. Dr. Greg Ammons preaches a message from God's Word that you can apply to your everyday life.
We desire to create an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and at home in their quest to draw closer to God and serve. We also encourage everyone to experience an environment of genuine care, acceptance, and love.
Making a decision about a church home is an important one. We want to help and support you in this process.

Statement of Faith
1. There is one God. The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit subsist in unity, and also as three separate distinct Persons.
2. Jesus Christ is God’s Son. He was born of a virgin as both God and man, lived a sinless life, died to atone for the sins of human beings, was buried, arose from the grave, ascended into heaven, is seated at the righthand of the Father interceding for us, and will literally return to earth.
3. The Holy Spirit is the divine helper, assistant, counselor and instructor, and His work is to reveal Christ, convict of sin, lead to repentance, guide believers, comfort, strengthen, and sanctify the soul.
4. The Bible is God’s Holy Word. It is inspired – “breathed out” – from God, and as such, it is truth without error and it is infallible – it cannot be proven false. It is the sole authority for life.
5. Human beings are the special creations of God, made in His image. They were separated from God through the sin of the first man, Adam. Because of Adam’s sin, all human beings have inherited Adam’s sin nature so that all human beings are sinners in need of salvation.
6. Salvation is the free gift of God available to ALL through repentance – turning away from sin and turning toward God – and placing one’s faith in Jesus Christ (Romans 10:9- 10, 13). Every person who truly is saved is eternally secure in the Lord Jesus Christ and will spend eternity in heaven, while those who die in their sins will spend eternity in hell.
7. Baptism is by immersion after salvation and is done in obedience to Jesus Christ’s command.
8. The Lord’s Supper (Communion) is observed in accordance with the Bible’s teaching, “Do this in remembrance of me."
9. Each believer has direct access to God through the Lord Jesus Christ.
10. The Church is a local body of baptized believers with the Lord Jesus Christ as the Head.
